Monthly Goals

1. Lose 5 lbs (last month was a fail, but I joined Weight Watchers today, yay!)
2. Finish cleaning out the study (I'm out of excuses).
3. Order wedding website inserts for wedding invitations from Vista Print.
4. Have another wedding hair trial.
5. Run 2 miles without stopping to walk.

you know, i've found that wearing a heart rate monitor really helps me to be able to run longer distances. Helps me to pace myself
