Here's a 4 pt gem I made last night, serves 6:
12 oz lean ground beef
2 tbs green chilis
1 can stewed tomatoes
12 oz canned tomato sauce
1 cup wheat pasta or Rozoni Smart Taste elbows
1 can kidney beans
Brown beef and diced onions for 10 minutes. Add seasoning (I don't really measure, I just kind of add crap, but let's say 2 tsps of each?). Next add green chilis, stewed tomatoes, pasta sauce, bring to a boil. Add beans (rinsed and drained) and pasta, cover, cook for 15 min while it simmers. Garnish with some fat free sour cream or 2% shredded cheese (add pts for these items). Enjoy!
