January Goals

I don't set New Year's resolutions, I mostly set monthly goals because 30 days is about all I can withstand.  And I limit it to five, so here they are for January:

  1. I will go to the gym at least one day a week during my lunch break.
  2. I will abstain from alcohol except for during my birthday celebration and a couple other celebrations already on my calendar.  There will be no heavy drinking on Friday nights.
  3. I will run at least 3 miles every Saturday morning.
  4. I will swim one mile a week.
  5. I will go to Body Pump one day a week.
  6. I will give up TV every other week. 
Here we go, lots of clean living for the next 30 days and that TV thing is gonna be tough.  What are your resolutions or monthly goals?
