Here's the dinner menu for the week.

Sunday-Creamy Italian Chicken (in a crock pot)

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 1 package (8 ozs.) fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ozs.) condensed low fat cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • Hot cooked wheat noodles
Cook according to your crockpot directions, I'm doing mine at high for 4 hours then serve the chicken and sauce over the noodles. Not too bad for you and around 400 calories per serving.

Monday-Caribbean Shrimp Salad

Tuesday-Peruvian Beef Kabobs with a side of green beans and a baked potato topped with cheese and caramelized onions

Wednesday-Another dinner party:
  • Crab Toasts and Poinsettia Cocktails
  • Roman Style Chicken served over noodles
  • Brocclini
  • Chocolate fondue for dessert
